*Spay or Neuter certificate must be supplied to obtain the "altered" fee price.

A 2 year license is also available. That fee is double the above quoted price. The penalty fee in Chino Hills and Pomona is $35, and San Bernardino County the fee is $15. In all other cities, the penalty fee is $25. The penalty assessment  is charged when a dog/cat is not licensed within 30-days of entering a city or when a license has expired more than 30 days.
