Everyone is welcome to participate and registration is free. However, because this is a fundraising event, we encourage you to donate or raise funds by asking your friends, family, co-workers, and anyone else you may know to sponsor you in the walk. Remember, the more money you raise the more prizes you and your four-legged friend will earn and most importantly, the more animals you will be helping here at IVHS. To Register for Walk Online, go to www.firstgiving.com/ivhs
Or to register using our printable form, click here. Once you complete your registration form, fax it to the number listed. Be sure to sign the waiver on the form. You may also call (909) 623-9777, ext. 686 or 608 and request a registration form be mailed to you.
After you register, create your very own fundraising web page, which you can customize with pictures of your pet, at www.firstgiving.com/ivhs that you can send to family and friends.
