Pack Information

Walking as a pack is a great way to participate in our 7th Annual Dog Walk. We encourage packs to raise funds for the animals at IVHS.

A pack can be any three or more people who join together and raise funds individually that are then reflected in their pack's total.

In order to be considered a pack, each member must raise funds for the event.

All packs will receive special recognition at the event including a pack photo!

We encourage packs to walk with signs bearing their name or wearing matching shirts to show camaraderie on the day of the walk.

Pack Leaders

Every pack must have a pack leader. As a pack leader, you will:

  1. Organize a group of friends, family, etc. into a pack.
  2. Give your Pack a name.
  3. Register your pack name online and then make sure each pack member must pre-registers before the walk. Pack members may register for the walk either online or using registration form (each member MUST sign the waiver or agree to it online... no third party registrations).
  4. Encourage all your Pack members to set up their own individual fundraising web pages in order to collect donations for the animals!
  5. Ensure that your Pack members turn in any check or cash donations they receive.
  6. Record all individual funds from online donations
  7. Don't forget to notify your fellow pack members where and when to meet at the walk!
  8. Each pack member must raise a minimum of $75 to receive a dog walk t-shirt.
  9. Remember, the more money you and each of your pack members raise, the more prizes you and they will earn!

    Attention Packs:
Inland Valley Humane Society employees and their families are not eligible to win any grand prize packages including any pack or individual grand prize. Even the Inland Valley Humane Society staff believe in supporting this event and have therefore created Pack Fleabag to show that we are all in this together for the benefit of the animals.
