This handsome pup is still learning some puppy manners (like remembering not to get too mouthy during play), but he responds well to gentle redirection-and with a bit of consistency, he'll only keep getting better!Augustus has been described as a "rockstar" in playgroups: dainty and gentle, yet always ready for a little rough-and-rowdy fun. He gets along with all dogs, and his relaxed, loose body language makes him a great candidate to be a future greeter dog.When it comes to humans, Augustus is a total Velcro dog. He thrives on companionship, loves being near his people, and has shown signs of mild separation anxiety-so he'd do best in a home where he's not left alone for long stretches. Give him a bone or chew toy, and he'll happily redirect his chewing energy!This young pup is:✅ Potty trained✅ Crate trained✅ Leash trained✅ Great with kids, other dogs, and every person he meets✅ A polite passenger in the carHis ideal day? He does not pull at all. The only "mishap" we had is when he'd tangle in the leash trying to get closer to me for pets. He seems to be the perfect balance of low-key cuddle bug and adventure buddy. After a two-mile hike, he was ready to chill out in the A/C and reluctant to leave when off to the next place! He is a very polite passenger in the car. Anybody who welcomes Augustus into their home will be well-rewarded with love and companionship."
