Stuff-a-Truck Event Brings Joy to Shelter Pets this Holiday Season

Pomona, California — The Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. (IVHS) is thrilled to announce its first annual Stuff-a-Truck event, a family-friendly gathering that invites local families to bring joy to the shelter animal of IVHS. Donations of new or gently used enrichment toys, treats, and other pet-friendly items are welcome and appreciated. Stuff-a-Truck will take place on Saturday, December 9, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm within the interior parking lot of 500 Humane Way, Pomona, CA 91766.

What’s the Buzz?

The goal of Stuff-a-Truck is to fill the bins of an Animal Control truck with donations of enrichment toys for the animals in the care of IVHS. These toys provide much needed mental stimulation and comfort to animals while in their kennels.

How Can You Participate?

We are calling on all animal lovers to participate in Stuff-a-Truck by bringing donations of enrichment toys for shelter dogs and cats. The IVHS Amazon Wishlist can be found at the following link: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3S7TXWYWK0RMJ/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex. Your generosity will help create a more comfortable and enjoyable environment for the pets in our care awaiting adoption.

Santa Photos for Participants

As a thank you for spreading holiday cheer to our shelter animals, participants and their pets will be given the opportunity to capture a free picture with Santa in front of the IVHS Animal Control truck.
